Round One Match Report
It wasn't to be for the Ourimbah Wyoming Magpies against The Entrance Tigers in the opening round of the Central Coast League Season, for all grades except their Open Age side, who took the win 24-16.
The Ourimbah Wyoming Magpies' first match in the top grade since 2019
was soured by a loss at the hands of a well-oiled Entrance Tigers machine.
With the hype during the off-season surrounding the Magpies' First Grade Return,
launching their inaugural Women's Tackle side, signing a veteran NRL player, James Maloney, to their club, and more.
Things looked promising leading up to the match day at Bill Sohier Park.

However, that quickly changed when all but their Open Age sides
failed to get off the mark in the opening round of the Central Coast season.
With the standard set by the Entrance Tigers,
The Ourimbah Magpies can now go into round two better prepared, having blown the cobwebs off,
ready to tackle the Umina Bunnies this Saturday, 13th April, playing in front of another home crowd at Bill Sohier Park.
